Terms of purchase
Our prices include VAT, 12% (food) and 25% (other).
Should the VAT rate change, we reserve the right to change our prices.
PAYMENT
We offer you Stripe & Klarna Checkout for your payments.
DELIVERY
We offer a flat rate* for deliveries with DHL Service Point.
With DHL Service Point, your goods are sent to the nearest DHL delivery point and when the package is available for collection, you will receive a notification via text message or email with information about the delivery point and collection.
The shipping cost is 90 SEK (* extra charge applies for the tin cans of olive oil).
We do not offer a free shipping option unless you have a discount code for free shipping.
Your package will be kept for 14 days before it is returned. Bring your shipment number and ID when you pick up your package.
Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days from order.
We reserve the right for final sales and stock levels at our suppliers and for any incorrect pricing. Sometimes it happens that one of the items you ordered is not in stock and becomes backordered. This is because the item is not currently in stock or the delivery is delayed. An email will be sent to you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you want to cancel your backorder or if you have questions about delivery times etc.
OTHER DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you want us to deliver to an address other than your own, you can, if you pay by card or via direct payment bank (STRIPE/KLARNA), choose to enter an alternative delivery address.
It can be your own or someone else's address.
RIGHT OF RETURN
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason.
If you are not satisfied with something you ordered, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the packaging of the goods has been opened in any way or if it has been used.
You always have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge if the goods are out of stock or in the event of delays.
Once we have received the item and found that it is not damaged or in any way used, we will refund the full amount excluding shipping as soon as possible, but no later than 20 days. We do not redeem packages sent in return for cash on delivery.

CLAIMS
If any product in your order is damaged or faulty, you must make a claim within a reasonable time of discovering the fault, preferably immediately. If a product is faulty, we will pay for the return shipping and reimburse you for the amount you paid for the product, plus any postage and shipping charges. Refunds will be made within 30 days. If you want to receive a new copy of the same product, we will send you a new one free of charge and reimburse the return shipping costs.
FOREIGN ORDERS
If you are currently resident outside Sweden, you cannot shop with us via our webshop.
